At the National Intercoiffure Congress Rocktan Hair was part of the artistic team. With a theme of ‘The Secret Garden’ the Rocktan Hair Team used the amazing and beautiful model Lucinda Nicholas. Her hair pieces was weaved and entwined with leaves to suit the theme.
