Fashion Magazine Launch

Rocktan Hair Salon Adelaide was involved in the launch of a brand new Adelaide fashion magazine. The Rocktan Hairdressers applied their skills and techniques in styling the hair for the new fashion magazine launch. It was the official launch of the new Ninety One Fashion Magazine. The event was held at the Fumo Blu Lounge on Rundle Street, Adelaide City on the 17th April.

So it all began early on Friday night at the Rocktan Hair Salon Adelaide located on Prospect Road, Prospect. Everyone enjoyed a few glasses of champagne and wine to get things started. The Rocktan Hair girls came up with a few ideas and quickly put their hands to work. After the Rocktan Hairdressers had styled the models hair they posed for a few photos with the models. Everyone then all headed outside into the car park where a huge sixteen seater Black Hummer Limo from Pure Envy Limos was waiting. While cruising the streets of Adelaide we acustomised ourselves with the fantastic interior and entertainment gagets inside the huge long Hummer limo. On the way we made a few quick pit stops and then we headed straight for Fumo Blu on Rundle Street, Adelaide. There were cocktails and nibbles for everyone while the Rocktan Hairdressers Adelaide went back stage to put the final touches and do some re-orgainising to the models hair. The beautiful models were all from Pride Models on Henley Beach Road at Mile End. The models all did three seperate group struts wearing a different look of clothing each time. Each look they wore was reffered to and catergarised into three sections. The three looks were reffered to as the Black look, the white look and colour look. These were very basically named on the main colour of clothing that was worn for that single strut. The clothing the models displayed were by designers such as George Gross and Harry Who. They also were wearing a selected collection of assorted assesories, shoes and boots to go with their designer outfits.
