Thousand of racegoers flock to Flemington every year to win it big; be part of the event and socialise with world renowned fashionistas.

Derby Day is the start of a special four day Spring Racing Event. Its a day where fashion is kept to its traditional roots. Generally black and white is the dress code. Special guest star Nicole Kidman wore an amazing outfit resembling what was worn in the movie My Fair Lady. Her hair was slicked back into a chignon and accompanied with a back and white trim hat. The hat sat lovely on her head with a little back and white striped side bow. She looked extremely elegant and sophisticated while many other celebrities were dressed to impress with the little black dress a huge success.

At Oscar De La Renta the look was the Audrey Hepburn look from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The style was used with a colourful french twist. This was achieved by adding coloured hair extensions and twisting the hair up. The hair styles were classy, modern and sky high perfect. Great for a young lady who wants to show her true colours, with hair that has colours to match their style.

At Marc Jacobs it was big eyebrows and a big tease. Big teased up hair. Through the front it was all teased up and then gathered through the back in a roughed up ponytail. The look was a bit punky, cool and also a little rock and roll.
